We certainly do! You can either purchase programs or book personal training sessions and be given your workout at the end of the session.
We have free parking, showers, sweat/shower towels, wifi and toiletries.
If you need to reschedule a session, no worries at all! Just give us a 24 hour heads up and you will not be charged for your workout.
Ideally, you should have some form of fuel in your system before you workout. Eating an easily digested carbohydrate an hour or so before you come to the studio ensures that you’ll have enough energy in the tank to get through your workout. Fruit is always a great option if you are concerned about getting an upset stomach. But once again everyone is different so experiment with what works best for you.
Most likely you will start to feel better before you really see the results. We always remind clients to celebrate everything along their fitness journey- whether it is lifting a heavier weight, recruiting the proper muscle groups or dropping/gaining inches. The more consistent you stay to your workout and nutrition plan the quicker you will see physical results.
PERSONAL TRAINING RELATED QUESTIONS
We have a variety of trainers with all different experience levels. Right now we have trainers that cost anywhere from $60-$90 per hour session.
Please bring workout clothes, clean indoor shoes and a water bottle.
Your trainer will be there to help you answer any fitness related questions you have. They will be there to help guide you through your fitness journey and help hold you accountable to your goals. We are here to make sure you move through your workouts safely and efficiently. We are in your corner!

Hiring a personal trainer is definitely a luxury but it is an investment in your health. A personal trainer is there for you through your fitness journey. Personal training prices all vary on experience and service. Generally trainers charge anywhere from $50-$90 per session. For small group training generally people divide the price of personal training and add $5-$15 per person to get their group (2) training rate.
GROUP TRAINING RELATED QUESTIONS
We have a variety of trainers all with different experience and price levels. Right now we have trainers who charge anywhere from $40 to $50+GST per person for group training.
Not if you are both working towards different goals! A huge benefit to small group training is saving a bit of money but still getting that one on one attention from your trainer. We are here to program or modify your workout so it best suits you!
A small group personal training program is a great way to get in shape with a certified personal trainer while working out with friends. HOCKEY RELATED QUESTIONS
Right now we have programs that are 4 or 5 days a week for our off season training program.
Throughout the summer you will see improvements in your strength, power, speed, agility and conditioning.
We use a periodization approach when it comes to our summer program. Obviously some athletes start later or go back to teams earlier so not everyone is doing the same training session. But throughout your off season you will do a strength, speed/power, agility and conditioning phase.
We really like to keep our groups small so each athlete gets the attention they deserve. Generally we have from 3-8 athletes in each group. Not only are we one of the most affordable training facilities in the city but we also keep our groups the smallest.
Hockey is a sport that requires a lot of power, explosiveness and conditioning. To be successful on the ice, players need to have strong legs and a strong core. As a hockey player you should work on strength, power, speed, agility and mobility.
This is a loaded question however if you improve your strength and power speed will increase also, improving something as simple as your vertical will correlate to on ice speed.

That is completely up to you! If you have the space for us to train your staff we are more than happy to travel to you. If you would prefer to come to studio that is something we are open to also!

There is no magic pill or diet. At the end of the day it is a very simple equation and that is calories in vs. calories out. If you would like to lose weight you need to eat fewer calories than you are burning. If you are looking to put on weight you want to eat more calories than you are burning.

That is a loaded question but weight loss comes down to a simple equation – calories in vs. calories out. If you eat less calories than you burn you should lose weight. Unfortunately sometimes the scale can be stubborn but your body composition will change. That is why we always recommend that you take measurements to also track your progress.
We are a private personal training studio located centrally in Edmonton. All of our clients in the gym can only work out when they are with their trainer so you will never have to deal with a busy, public gym.
